No. In fact, we'd prefer you didn't. Writing about your own business is the hardest part of this process, and it's the reason most small business sites read like a brochure from 2013. We interview you, listen closely, and write the whole site in your voice — sharper than you'd write it yourself.

Most of our sites are built from real code — clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — not a drag-and-drop builder. That's why we host on Netlify: it deploys directly from the codebase, keeps load times fast, handles SSL automatically, and stays free or near-free at small business traffic levels. We typically stack Cloudflare in front of it for DNS, caching, and security — that's our preferred setup: cheap, fast worldwide, and battle-tested. That said, if you already have hosting you like — Squarespace, Webflow, GoDaddy, whatever — we can absolutely work with what you have. We'll recommend the right tool on the first call, and you'll never be locked out of your own site.

You own it outright. No monthly rental, no proprietary lock-in. If you want us on retainer for updates, new pages, or ongoing care, we offer that — typically $150–$300 a month. If you want to take it from here, the site is yours and we wave from the sidelines.

Almost certainly not. We were built for small. Photographers, florists, therapists, architects, caterers, consultants, plumbers who take their craft seriously. If you run a real business and care how it's presented, we're probably the right studio. If you need a marketplace, a SaaS dashboard, or an app — we're not.
